Terms of service

OVERVIEW

Welcome to LEIRION!

This website and online store are operated by Traderex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16961539, trading as LEIRION.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “LEIRION”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Traderex Limited.

LEIRION operates this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer our Services.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and other policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing, browsing or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract or have the necessary permission of a parent or legal guardian.

When accessing our Services or purchasing products, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing details, payment information and shipping address.

You agree that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account, except where unauthorised activity results from circumstances for which we are legally responsible.

You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.

You may not sell, transfer or assign your customer account to another person without our permission.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

LEIRION offers fashion, clothing, accessories and lifestyle products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colours, materials, dimensions, sizes and other relevant characteristics.

However, the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and device configurations.

Product measurements may be approximate where indicated.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, collections and availability, provided that such changes do not unlawfully affect orders already accepted.

We may discontinue products or restrict quantities for legitimate business, inventory, legal or security reasons.

All products supplied to consumers must meet applicable statutory requirements, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of your order, including through a dispatch confirmation where that is our first acceptance.

We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or obvious pricing errors.

If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with applicable law.

We may contact you using the details supplied at checkout if we need to resolve an issue with your order.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout.

The total price payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory delivery charges, will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Where VAT applies, pricing will comply with applicable UK tax and consumer pricing requirements.

International orders may incur import duties, customs charges or other local taxes. Where these are not included in the checkout price, we will make this clear before purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and promotions at any time. Changes will not retrospectively affect accepted orders without a lawful basis or customer agreement.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, including Shopify-supported payment providers.

You confirm that you are authorised to use your selected payment method.

We may refuse or cancel transactions where payment cannot be authorised or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping to selected domestic and international destinations, subject to availability.

Delivery methods, applicable charges and estimated delivery periods will be provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the communicated timeframe.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is formed, in accordance with applicable UK law.

Delivery may be affected by carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If delivery is delayed, customers retain their statutory rights, including applicable rights to cancel and receive a refund.

For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage generally remains with Traderex Limited until the goods are received by you or a person nominated by you, other than the carrier.

Where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us, different statutory rules may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reasonable additional delivery costs arising from incorrect information may be charged where legally permissible.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The LEIRION name, trademarks, logos, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, website layouts and other original content are owned by or licensed to Traderex Limited or their respective rights holders.

LEIRION is a registered trademark associated with Traderex Limited.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access and use our Services for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written authorisation, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit protected content except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to our trademarks, copyrights, designs or other intellectual property beyond the limited permission necessary to use the website.

Shopify’s trademarks and branding remain the property of Shopify or its licensors.

All other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Our Services may provide access to tools, applications or features supplied by third parties.

Such tools may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies established by their respective providers.

We do not necessarily control or endorse independent third-party tools.

You should review any applicable third-party terms before using these services.

Nothing in this section excludes our legal responsibilities where a third-party provider acts on our behalf or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may introduce additional features, tools and resources, which will form part of our Services unless otherwise specified.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to independent websites, applications or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of independent websites outside our control.

Accessing third-party websites is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We encourage customers to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before completing transactions.

Nothing in this section limits our legal responsibilities in connection with products or services we supply.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

LEIRION is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services.

However, purchases made through our store are contracts between customers and Traderex Limited, trading as LEIRION.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not generally responsible for fulfilling our sales contracts.

Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for the performance of our obligations as a merchant, except where applicable law or Shopify’s own obligations provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link on our website.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which may process personal information to support website functionality, checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention and other services.

Personal information may also be processed by authorised service providers, including providers located outside the United Kingdom, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

Please review our Privacy Policy for details of how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected, and how you may exercise your data protection rights.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, photographs or other content to our Services (“Feedback”), you confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

You grant Traderex Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish your Feedback for legitimate business purposes, including website operation, product presentation and marketing.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory or infringes third-party rights.

We will not knowingly publish fabricated customer reviews or misrepresent genuine customer feedback.

Any use of personal information contained in Feedback remains subject to applicable data protection law.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, availability, prices, promotions or shipping information.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update website information.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you where appropriate.

We will handle any proposed cancellation or adjustment in accordance with applicable contract and consumer protection law.

We will not unilaterally impose additional charges on an accepted order without a lawful basis or your agreement.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You must not use our Services to:

* Engage in unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activities.
* Infringe intellectual property rights.
* Harass, threaten, defame or abuse others.
* Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code.
* Collect personal information unlawfully.
* Impersonate another person or organisation.
* Send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law.
* Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
* Circumvent security measures.
* Conduct unauthorised scraping or commercial extraction of website content.
* Interfere with the operation, integrity or security of our Services.

We may restrict access or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent serious misuse, fraud or security threats.

Such action will not remove customers’ rights concerning existing purchases.

SECTION 14 – AUTOMATED AGENTS

This section applies to automated or semi-automated software, including AI agents, bots and other systems that access or interact with our Services on behalf of users or organisations (“Agents”).

Agents must comply with applicable law, website security requirements and any published technical access restrictions.

Agents must not:

* Circumvent CAPTCHAs or security measures.
* Conceal their automated nature where identification is required.
* Attempt unauthorised access to restricted systems.
* Extract protected content or personal data unlawfully.
* Overload or disrupt website infrastructure.
* Evade technical measures intended to restrict automated access.

Where technically applicable, Agents must identify themselves truthfully and comply with any published identification requirements.

We may restrict or block automated access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or systems.

Nothing in this section prohibits activity that cannot lawfully be restricted.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services where reasonably necessary due to serious breaches of these Terms, fraud, unlawful conduct or security risks.

Customers may stop using our Services at any time.

Termination of website access does not automatically cancel accepted orders or remove statutory rights.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, applicable liability, dispute resolution and other obligations intended to survive termination will continue to apply where legally permissible.

SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We aim to provide accurate, reliable and secure website services.

However, we cannot guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption, technical errors or temporary unavailability.

General information published on our website is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice where such advice is necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory warranties, guarantees or consumer rights concerning products purchased from LEIRION.

Products supplied to UK consumers must meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

* Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
* Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
* Breach of statutory consumer rights.
* Defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
* Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Subject to these protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that were not caused by our breach of contract or negligence.

Where products are purchased for personal use, we are not generally liable for commercial losses arising from their use.

Nothing in this section restricts customers’ statutory remedies.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

Where you use our Services for commercial purposes, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to compensate Traderex Limited for reasonable losses and expenses directly resulting from your unlawful conduct, deliberate infringement of intellectual property rights or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not impose an unfair or disproportionate obligation on consumers or restrict statutory consumer protections.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally permissible.

SECTION 20 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce a contractual right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with applicable policies and contractual information provided during checkout, govern your use of our Services and purchases from our store.

Nothing in this section excludes information or representations that form part of a consumer contract under applicable law.

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your account or contractual obligations to another person without our consent, except where permitted by law.

We may transfer our contractual rights or obligations as part of a lawful business restructuring, acquisition or transfer, provided that such transfer does not reduce your statutory rights or materially prejudice your contractual protections.

Where required by law, we will notify affected customers.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.

Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain any applicable rights to bring proceedings in their local courts.

International customers retain mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from exercising their legal rights or accessing competent courts.

SECTION 23 – HEADINGS

Section headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, Services, legal obligations or operating practices.

The latest version will be available on this page.

Where legally required, we will notify customers of material changes.

Updated Terms will generally apply prospectively and will not retrospectively alter accepted orders without a lawful basis or agreement.

Continued use of our Services after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 26 – CONSUMER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

If you purchase products online as a UK consumer, you generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

For orders delivered in multiple instalments, the cancellation period generally runs from receipt of the final item.

To exercise this right, notify us by sending a clear cancellation request to hello@shopleirion.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation, unless we agree to collect them.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs where this has been clearly disclosed before purchase.

We will refund eligible payments, including the original standard delivery charge where required by law.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and, where permitted, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may make lawful deductions for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you reasonably could in a physical shop.

Certain products may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including clearly personalised goods and certain sealed hygiene-sensitive goods where the seal has been broken.

These exceptions do not affect statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed products.

For further information, please review our Refund Policy.

SECTION 27 – FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We are committed to supplying products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item, please contact hello@shopleirion.co.uk.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, eligible UK consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a refund.

Additional rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may apply after this period.

Where a product fails to meet statutory requirements, we will provide the appropriate legal remedy, including necessary return or collection arrangements at our expense.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
